"Chef Darnell came to my home to "teach me how to cook." Little did I know, that I was in for a once in a lifetime experience. When he arrived, he unpacked his specialty spices and user friendly pans. Then, dressed as a chef, with his enthusiastic, energetic attitude, he guided me through a wonderful, stress free evening of new and wonderful gourmet meals. I cannot praise him enough: professional, contagious love for cooking, organized and well planned out menus. I highly recommend him and look forward to having him in my home again during the Holiday Season."

"I have had Chef Darnell’s food a few time and he has managed to impress my family and me every time.  His food is so delicious that we had the pleasure of having him cater our daughter’s baptismal reception.

Darnell took care of every detail as if it was his own party.  We went over the menu a few times and made suggestions that I would have never thought of.  He took time to explain to me the types of vegetables that go with the different kinds of meats.  I learned a lot from Darnell with regards to food and parties.

Our guest enjoyed the food so much that many of them served themselves seconds and even thirds.  They were all commenting on the excellent taste of the steak and chicken and how all of the vegetables were cooked to perfection.
