Chef Darnell’s goal is to make each meal the very best you have ever tasted! Simply Dine has the ability to prepare gourmet meals to your specifications as well as preparing favorite family recipes you may have. You and your family will enjoy the free time, the clean kitchen and the fabulous and healthy food!
Our Personal Chef Services include:
- In-home consultation and assessment to determine your preferences and dietary needs - we will conduct an interview and complete a detailed questionnaire and use the results to develop your customized menus and cooking preferences.
- Meal preparation in your home – once you have approved your menu, we will schedule a day to cook in your home. We’ll arrive with all the utensils we need to prepare your meals. We cook the food in your home, package and refrigerate or freeze each item and leave thawing and re-heating instructions. For special items like salads, we will prepare the veggies and other ingredients and leave you with appropriate instructions.
- Complete grocery shopping – on your scheduled cooking day, we will shop for the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. We will purchase all of the items needed and the cost of these groceries are incorporated into the service charge.
- Kitchen clean-up – before we leave, we will completely clean your kitchen and leave it spotless!
- My cooking skills include preparing meals for clients who are lactose intolerant and need dairy-free meals cooked. I also cook meals according to the Celiac Organization standard for clients who need gluten-free cooking and have trouble with traditional wheat base products.
Chef Darnell has the ability to cook not only to your tastes but also according to your dietary requirements. Whether you are an athlete in training, on a weight loss program, a vegetarian, vegan or lactose intolerant, on a low-sodium diet, or recovering from a stroke or cardiovascular disease, Chef Darnell can prepare meals that satisfy your special diet needs but still tasty and delicious.
Event Catering
Chef Darnell specializes in providing catering services to events with less than 50 guests, food served buffet style. Service can be customized for your special event – birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, office parties, housewarming, graduation, superbowl parties or gathering just to have fun.

Chef Darnell can help you pick wines to accompany the food you are serving for your special occasion. Whether you are serving traditional American dishes, Asian, Mexican or Mediterranean, there is a wine that will compliment your food and enhance the atmosphere of your special event.
