To give you a flavor of the delectable dishes that you can enjoy, Chef Darnell’s sample menu selections are listed below.  However, just remember that Chef Darnell will work with you and your family to customize your own menu.  

Family favorites or special recipes are cheerfully incorporated into your menu request. Chef Darnell will tailor the menu to the tastes of your household.  He can also refresh these recipes to give them that unexpected twist in flavor or that extra zing that you and your family will enjoy!

Special dietary requests such as light menu, diabetic menu, low carb, low sodium, vegetarian/vegan, no lactose and the like can be incorporated in your menu selection. Side dishes and desserts will also be included in your service to complement entrees.         

Many fresh vegetables lose quality when they are stored in home freezers.  At your request, fresh veggies can be washed, cut and packaged in your refrigerator for quick cooking, grilling or salad preparation.
